This is a residential install done by Michael Padgett on a dock. The customer wanted a shade structure for his dock but couldn't get permitting to build a structure. He was able to bypass the permitting by installing a Skyspan umbrella structure which generally requires no permitting.

Installed at Guildwood Childcare Center. An apartment building which is located high on a ridge, with extremely high winds. This customer appreciated the umbrella being bolted down because she said that the tenants from building don't have to worry about replacing umbrellas

This installation was done in Maui at a community pool area. Strong Westerly winds in the area have made having an umbrella wind rated for 75mph a huge success. Many people in the area are fed up with replacing umbrellas every year due to wind and weather damage.

This was installed at a HOA in Peachtree City. The pool area was very valued to the neighborhood and was actually credited with keeping the values of homes in the area high. The HOA for Wood Creek wanted a custom bronze frame with a golden canopy to replace their old shade structure. This project was manufactured in 3 days at customer's rush request and was installed in 45 minutes.
